I did my second (and final) interview about 3 weeks ago and i haven't heard back from them. Citi Workday site status still says "Business Review" but the job posting was removed from their job search. Does this mean I didn't get it? Thanks!
HR is very slow. Keep pestering them. Also depends on your role and how quickly they need you. A SVP on my team took 4 months to onboard
Citi is cleaning the open positions as part of recession plan. So a lot of open positions will be eventually deleted.
That's what I was suspecting too. I saw a lot of other SVP positions were deleted around the same time when my job posting was deleted.. 🥲
Is it a good idea to intern at Citi this summer? I also have an Amazon offer. Does Citi give out full time return offers?
I applied March 28, had the first interview with the hiring manager on March 31 who then wanted me to meet the team. I had 3 more interviews in April with the last one on April 20th. I think they all went very well. I’ve been in business review ever since and followed up with HR. They are very responsive to me but just state that next steps for the role haven’t been decided. Any thoughts?
Did u ever get the job?
Yea, you didnt get it.

Coming up on 2 months that I’m waiting for the official offer. Their Hr is ass. I’m convinced they’re just trying to delay start dates until July like some other companies. But not explicitly stating it and providing a terrible candidate experience.
Got it. I've been looking at other posts about Citi recruiting and the general reaction is that they are REALLY slow...
Same here. Definitely the worst overall interview experience I’ve ever been through.
