Bytedance / TikTok SREs how is your experience?

I am considering a role as SRE at Bytedance, Sydney. I wanted to understand how the work culture is, work life balance, what kind of work SREs do & if you recommend joining. From everything I've heard, I will be in the Systems Infrastructure and platform side of things (managing and running kubernetes, data, etc) the apps rely on.
