Please mention work culture Right now I am optimising on the quality of work, and building things, learning and working with quality engineers, with negligible politics. i am baffled at how these folks would know ??? Here is my take: Rippling is another HR tech company targeting SMB market Eightfold is at least doing real AI targeting huge global enterprise customers I suggest you check out customer list for both. I could be bias- but Eightfold's customer list is more impressive
Eightfold's hiring process is terrible. Too much emphasis on Leetcode and nothing short of a D measuring contest. Plus I wasn't impressed with any of the answers I got from my interviewers, I declined before they did.
A company focused on hiring have their own hiring process shitty. Wonder how will they become a market leader in HR space!
