Appian - Bad Offer?
TC: 115 YoE: 1.5 Got an offer in Northern VA for Appian. Pretty sure could get 108 TC offer with 0 YoE. Thoughts?
You can but not by much. I had a competing offer that they improved their offer but didn't match.
Can you tell what they offered for base and equity ?
Mine was 105k base, 10k signing, no RSUs
I got offered 128k tc (108k base, 15k signing, 250 shares) with 0 yoe

Sounds about typical. My offer was about 150 TC as a senior engineer at 7 YoE.
