Charles River Development Offer

Received an offer from CRD for a Consultant role. Same role I’m doing now. I currently enjoy my company and role, but realize I may be underpaid for my experience and skill set. Curious Blind’s opinion on the offer. Salary - $142k Cash Bonus - 10% (prorated this year) Sign On - $7k TC - $154k Current comp: Salary - $85k RSUs - $25k a year, vest over 3 years Cash Bonus - $20k TC - $130k
