can anyone recommend a CPA in Santa Clara/San Jose? Preferably one that can assist with some relatively simple international tax questions (i am an expact) and who understands RSUs. I have had a few false starts with the likes of H&R Block. And is there anyone that has experienxe with this situation: i worked for a company overseas that IPO after i had internally moved to the US. Although my shares vested prior to moving to the US the lockup expired in the US and the company auto withheld US taxes on it all. Have had conflicting advice. Wonder has anyone else had any real world experience with this and if so were you ableto successfully claim those taxes back wheb you filed? EDIT: Almost forgot the golden rule: TC 1M base/ 10M RSU/500% bonus and a partridge in a pear tree
