What car do you drive
It is series E company in hospitality business. Kinda like Airbnb but it is different because they make a contract with building owner (as opposed to people renting their own house in Airbnb) and they hire concierge + professional cleaners in each building. Feels like a hospitality company rather than a tech company since scaling requires more contracts with building owners + company having to pay more rents (occupancy needs to be consistently maintained) + hiring more people as it scales. Also Corona has bit the business. And another thing worries me is that it is valued at 1.3B but its total funding received is 500M+. I am not sure if it is common but probably VCs will be driving company decisions + who the hell knows about dilution. I do have an offer from them, not a fantastic offer but pretty okay. Pros I guess is that IF corona is over, its valuation will jump. Customers seem to like the product and it may IPO. What do you think?
Lots of people left recently. Bad reviews from employees. Be careful
The WeWork of hotels
See Glassdoor- reviews are very much real. Though peers are really good, don’t sweat over apathetic leadership and then you will start feeling being USED/ EXPLOITED in this shit show
Shit company that pretty much dumped all their employees
