Software Developer role in US
I’ve been with o9 for many years now. o9 has great learning opportunities for folks in early to mid senior years of their career. They’ve got good clients and challenging project tracks running in parallel. Pay is OK. Working hours in a day solely depends on the project and the team you’re with. Tech teams are global and time zone compromises push people to work late nights, early mornings and weekends. ‘Work life balance’ literally ‘does not exist’ in the company. Leadership from team to team varies and not all teams are great. In short, it is both good and bad at the same time. Good luck with your job search, OP!
