Culture? Pay? Opportunity? Do people move between audible and Amazon?
You can seamlessly move between audible and Amazon. I don't know what this guy is talking about Engineering bar. Same interview process. Same engineers transfer to Amazon and interview candidates.
Well, it’s Amazon. And it’s on a swamp in Newark, NJ, once the homicide capital of the modern world. That sums it up.
It’s not Amazon. The Audible engineering bar is much lower but the culture is much better.
