tiktok onboarding process
I just signed the offer from TikTok and received the onboarding email from Workday. The recruiter didn't reply since I signed the offer and completed the paperwork on my account. I wonder what is the onboarding process? My start date is 3 weeks later and I haven't received the background check. I am worried about handing in my 2-week notice for my current job now. You’ll need to email HR to get them to speed up checking your bg check. Look around blind,I remember seeing some other people complaining about the same slow bg check turnaround.
Maybe they are waiting to see the ban TikTok bill pass or not in senate
