5 years @ Paychex selling to groups under 100 employees + 4 years at smaller competitor selling to companies with employee count under 250. There’s not much room to move at my current company but the base (90k) and commission structure (30-40% + set up fees) is the highest in the industry (180k OTE). Doesn’t hurt that I have complete freedom and never had to go into the office unless I have a prospect meeting. My drive for this type of sale is running on fumes but want to know if the grass is greener on the other side or if I’m just too comfortable and should stop complaining. Thanks!
