Are you serious? LOL. Sooner or later companies like Walmart are going to come out with streaming too. https://www.fandangonow.com/
It’s almost like... video streaming tech is a commodity now and the real business value now is content.
Coming up with a streaming app is straightforward. AWS and a CDN are already providing almost all the technical infrastructure with auto-scaling. I honestly don’t know why Netflix is valued so much and why they are paying me this much 😀
Dropbox, Netscape, Omaze? Are they really that high of TC?
The streaming space is in a ridiculous bubble
walmart already has vudu
Crowded market.
fandangonow.... has been around for a while. and walmart also owns a streaming firm, vudu and has owned it even longer than fandangonow has existed. maybe you netflix guys think you are special with your brand recognition and thousands of employees, but I worked at the company fandango bought and rebranded fandangonow. a couple dozen engineers made that, we weren't a 1000 people at netflix.
FandangoNOW bought Vudu
