Oracle vs Lloyd Bank
I have got offers from Oracle Hyderabad( Application Developer 2) and Lloyd Bank Hyderabad( Software Engineer). Both have same CTCs. Lloyd bank has probation period of 6 months whereas Oracle doesn’t have a probation period. Also I would want to switch again in an year, so I need time for preparation, hence I am looking for some work life balance. Which should I join? Also which company is better to be in the CV- Lloyd or Oracle? TC for both- 22 lakhs YOE- 2+
Not sure about Lloyd's as they are yet to set up but Oracle has great work life balance.if you want to switch in a year Oracle can be a good choice.everything is good in Oracle except hike.what grade did you get in Lloyd's?
