I got an offer from Salesforce for a Senior Manager position within Rev Ops - Business Analytics team today. According to the VP, this is the final offer. It's a 54% jump from my current CTC, but I have been in my current role since 2019. Wanted feedback from folks here regarding this offer and if should I take the offer or negotiate more. Base - $200k Target Bonus - $30k RSU - $130k/4 TC - $262.5k Location - Remote (Currently in VA) YOE - 10 years #businessanalyst #salarynegotiation #analysisgroup
Well if you don't have a competing offer I don't know how you would negotiate for more. Was it lower than you expected?
I hadn't started a full job search. I was reached out for this role and got the offer. Hence, wanted to understand if it is a market-matching offer or not.
Seems like a good offer in the market for a senior manager role. Did you take it?
I did! The role was reporting to a VP and had growth potential which added to my decision.
