Cool to work at Google
Anyone work at glassdoor? Interested to hear about their engineering/prod culture, work life bal, and company in gen. YOE: 1.5 Comp:85K
Because I’ve been at my f100 job for 18 months, while my work life bal and culture is great, the work is dull and comp could be better? Plus this is no different than the 100 posts a day about some random team at FANGs
Even at FAANG most work is boring.
What region are you that your TC is $85k?
Chicago.
Damn that's fucked. UA definitely low balling you hard.
Paysa is the new glassdoor
Lol
Working at Glassdoor. It is great! One of the best company that I worked for. I would definitely recommend to anyone
Culture is becoming more Product-first after a few years pushing on Sales so we could go public (ended up getting acquired, so now we are investing in innovation finally). Recent internal blind poll suggests most people are very happy with WLB. New Chicago office is dope.
This is Glassdoor’s value prop. So why would you work somewhere where you don’t even trust it?
^This! Lol hit the nail on the head. I use www.levels.fyi these days for comp info
