AWS Neptune is what you should explore if you want to build a scalable and distributed solution. Dgraph if you want open source but keep in mind the overheads involved. Neo4j is outdated af so don't bother
Neptune is terrible, neo4j isn’t much better but it is the market leader
Can neo4j be installed like Relational db on an instance?
