I haven't used carrot but progyny has great benefits, especially the alto medication delivery. I feel it's really important to have this as I've recently gone through IVF and medication was one less thing I needed to stress about.
Carrot has a lifetime benefit limit based on your company and they effectively give you a debit card for that amount. Every payment still needs approval but they handle it smoothly on their end. I didn’t have to pay a cent out of my pocket. But check the benefit limit at your company. I’ve seen ranges from $10K to $100K
Be careful what state you are in, a bunch of them are banning fertility treatments...
Which company had carrot benefits ? I would want apply. I like their doula benefits

I have used Progyny. I do not know about Carrot. Regarding IVF, make sure you have exhausted all natural means and other methods like IUI before. Use methods incrementally. IVF is not always successful , cuts a short cut against natural selection and can leave the woman’s body really exhausted and even damaged. You have to sign off a thick booklet of all possible risks. Try having sex from 5th day to 25th day daily for 3 to 6 cycles first. This way you can make sure you tried the natural method well. Natural is best. Most likely you will succeed in 1 or 2 cycles itself. Have sex daily.
Daily sex isn’t necessarily the best option for trying natural, right? Better to wait a few days in between to increase volume, no?
