What kinda place is it over there? Pros and cons, especially interested in knowing how political it is.
Didn't like the vibe. Seemed like a frat house. The women were hot though.
Which role? IMO it's a great place to work. Supportive management, really strong top leadership, and a bright company outlook. It has its frustrating parts, but leadership is very receptive to feedback and actually adjusts based on it. I would say it has the bias for action and rigor of Amazon but the support camaraderie of Microsoft. (I haven't worked at google/Facebook so can't compare to them)
What are the frustrating parts?
Mostly that the Ops team was built too fast and without the right leadership. They just poached a VP of Ops from Amazon though who knows how to scale Ops, so they're course correcting. Also some first-level mgrs haven't managed much or at all before and the company grew up under them, so they're either learning fast or in some cases, being replaced by more seasoned leaders. I see them as growing pains though and not systemic/DNA issues
It's basically an ex-Amazon shop. So the culture I heard is exactly like Amazon - whatever that means to you
