May short term it’s good for stock but in long term it is not as companies that basically outsourced all their staff have slowly stopped innovating.
They stop innovating when some or half of it is outsourced. But if senior leadership ends up spending 6-8 months offshore then it’s really not offshore anymore.

It's all about demand, supply and cost.
India is and will always be great. There will be a day when world will be waiting to get Indian Visa.
India is not dependant on Sundar or google
Google is dependent on Indian engineers and Indian consumers.
