OFFER EVAL - Stellantis subject matter expert

I interviewed for a “Technical Specialist - Sensors” role at Stellantis in Mid-June. offer letter sent today. Not able to offer TS title due to merger with PSA but offered “Subject Matter Expert - Sensors” role. Initial Offer in Michigan : 130k base + Bonus 12% + 8% 401k match = 156K. Current TC in NC: 125k + 6% + 5% + 6k ESPP = 145K. PhD + 10 YoE Doesn’t look like any incentive to join. Even if I can negotiate it to 10% higher base, doesn’t look worth it. What are your thoughts? I have three interviews lined up : Blue origin - Final interview 10 days from now Amazon ME - second technical round next week AMETEK - first technical round next week.
