The company announced they’ll be using AI to write their articles. I guess their bloggers are as good as laid off today.
ChatGPT knowledge base isn’t up to date. How will this work
Good question. They will take a bunch of crap from Twitter and other live news sites, then tell ChatGPT to write some clickbait
Yeah, now that will work! I thought maybe Buzzfeed will hire AI engineers now that’ll regularly fine-tune GPT models

Actually Meta is giving BuzzFeed a lot of money to produce and train people to put creatives on Facebook / Instagram, that's why stock is up after it was announced yesterday https://www.wsj.com/articles/meta-pays-buzzfeed-millions-to-generate-creator-content-for-facebook-and-instagram-11674693687
RIP copywriters.
I’m not a big tech person and haven’t paid close attention to ChatGPT news, but this doesn’t surprise me. If it’s gonna start anywhere, it’d be at Buzzfeed where their writers basically write at a 10th grade level.
How TF is buzzfeed even a public company
Doesn’t Google penalize AI written articles? Their SEO might take a hit.
Wait till they realize only AI reads their articles.

Could this be extended to marketing/marketing content roles? Feel like ChapGPT can generate all of that crap for them (ex wife is in marketing)
You wish your ex wife's job is permanently gone and she ends up on onlyfans?
