Amazon how to ASM from Sr AS with direct reports?

I wonder if you all Amazonian can help me to learn the process of moving to Applied Science Manger role in another team from my current Sr Applied Science role? A couple of other teams have pinged me recently about ASM roles but they say it is challenging for them to transfer me from my current org to their org which needs a title change from Sr AS to ASM. My initial thought was moving to another team with the same job family at lateral L6 level shouldn’t be too difficult as it is just a title change. I don’t have any firm timeline when my current org would change my title since we had a few leadership changes affecting the entire org. Any thoughts ? #Amazon #asm #tech
