That's top of the line. Better to have higher base than volatile rsu. Take it. Better than Qualcomm.

Dope offer, Juniper is solid. You will get stock refreshers 1-2 years in. Zero layoffs yet but TBD. Work life balance depends on the team but leadership provides set wellness days. Benefits are all around good, not as great as some companies in FAANG. DM if you would like to discuss

Juniper’s base is always stronger than some of the Faangs for the same level. Go for it. Always better to have higher base, unlike faangs 50% of TC is RSU which drops the real income after 3/4 years. Had interviewed lot of Amazon folks, everyone complains that their paycheck dropped after 2nd year and 4th year.
What role is this? Base is amazing, but equity is meh. So curious what kind of role has this kind of cash vs equity split.
