Hello everyone!! I just received a phone interview with a recruiter for the Operations Engineer (Supply Chain Technology) role in Hawthorne, CA. Was curious if anyone has gone through the process of interviewing with them and could shed some light on the process! Super excited about this opportunity, but please let me know! Kind regards. #supplychain #logistics
It varies but if but for engineer roles it wouldn’t vary too far from my interview experience below: Recruiter phone screen Engineer phone screen Manager phone screen On-site: Presentation with a group for about 45 minutes. They privately discuss whether they wanna spend more times with you. If they do, then a series of 1:1s. My on-site interview was like 5 hours with 6x 1:1s. Brutal! That was almost 5 yrs ago.
Thanks for the response! Have my manager interview today
The role you're going for is technical but not software engineer depth. They will enjoy seeing some coding experience displayed like python or C# but are more looking for that problem solving go-getter attitude. Sql is pretty important
Thanks!! Have my manager interview today
How did this go @jonlien13
Depends on the team. But generally it goes like this: 1 Recruiter Phone Screen 1 Manager Phone Screen 1 Panel interviews or presentation 3 1:1 Interviews
Just got back to this, thank you for the response!
