YOE? There aren't any openings for associate consultants on the west coast right now.
Total 1 and yeah they do have associate consultant positions open I have an interview scheduled
That sounds like you'd be interviewing for a Generation Veeva associate consultant position. I didn't see any openings on our career portal but if you have an interview scheduled then I guess you're in the pipeline.
Hello, I can give you some insights. I work in Vault Platform side. Worked here for close to 3 years. Great company culture, free ‘Healthy’ Lunch with in-house cooking staff is a huge plus. Even in this covid times they continued to hand out meal kits which speaks volumes of efforts on their part I feel. +1 on CEO being very approachable, he likes to have Lunch in Kitchen and you get opportunity to speak with him even there as well. On work portion I feel company have very good grip on process side and strong QA backing including manual QA and automation team quickly get on automating manual stuff which is awesome. Work wise there is always new features coming in to keep you up on toes, there is always talks on how to improve by taking learnings from existing mistakes. I realized I focused a lot on just positives, I guess some of the negatives are TC is on lower side of the market, so if it is make it a break deal you may have to rely on options/RSUs they give and hope that compensates well. Other thing is their hiring process seems bit weird as they rely a lot on Manager that manages you to follow up your hiring, so if they don’t like you, it’s difficult to get response from them compared to recruiters whom you can just call and check.
I interned there a few years ago. Culture was good. Free food every lunch. CEO was chill and personable. They had a game room w/ foosball and ping pong. Code base had some legacy code that was poorly written tho
How is their interview process I am applying to a Consultant position
I was just an intern but I had a phone interview where I coded out a problem on a shared screen. Then had an on-site where I whiteboarded a simple graph problem and met with the CTO and talked about my past experience and CS fundamentals
