Which companies have a very strong and unique culture? Serious question, so please - no trolls and no #metoo culture comments. Examples of what I mean, based on what I know: Bridgewater Associates - radical transparency and meritocracy Amazon - leadership principles, importance of writing, running the meetings Facebook - come up with your own ideas and execute on them, bottom-up Google (past, not now) - 20% time rule Buffer - full transparency (e.g., salary) Microsoft - growth mindset (I don't see it being executed though)
Our previous CEO should write a book on " how to kiss ass and climb corporate ladder"
Amazon only has 1 leadership principle
frugal.

Ours is not unique but peculiar
Yeah cruise has a very unique culture of firing leaders, not making progress toward goals. Down-leveling for no good reason, and over promising the world. We call it ponzi culture! It’s very unique.
Oracle is bend over and take it-- Whether you want it or not.
Netflix might be the best example of that: pure meritocracy, you get money if you leave.
