How much an IT Manager makes at Ford, GM, Chrysler, or VW in Detroit area with 15 to 20 years of experience?

Hi, I am planning to move from Program Manager’s role to IT Manager’s role. I work in auto industry for last 12 years. My current pay is $160K. When I looks at IT management role, the pay is around $130-$140K. Is that true for anyone who works in Detroit area? I am talking about base pay only.#interview #auto
