I have a offer from qualcomm staff engineer position at Austin. After negotiation my numbers are Base: 172k Signing on: 45k RSU: 125k I feel RSUs are too low. Any thoughts on further negotiation?
RSU might be ok, depends on yoe.

Rsu can go up. Have seen ppl getting 150k/3 for staff
You can get higher than 200k rsu for staff
Decent offer, may be more RSUs. Take it if you don't gave any other option.
U need to learn to lie on blind. Q staff on blind goes upto 450k per year rsu, 200k base.. what ever is your offer, just double the rsu and post here

This is a std Staff position offer. Try asking for Retention Bonus in case there is no more room for RSUs. In my case it was ~172k base, 125k/3 rsus, 40k sign-on , 30k retention bonus
