You sometimes get good deals there. They give 10 bucks as referral and if I pay through my discover card I get further 10% off. :)

the deals can be fantastic...but the good sold is not cheaper than elsewhere and groupon is advertizing a pretty bogus msrp to claim the huge discount to pressure buyers into action. i am not fooled and absolutely dislike that shopping experience. will keep buying on amzn newegg etc
