Trying to break into ASIC area as a junior eng, but pounding head against the wall basically. Would the coursera FPGA design courses be enough to percolate interest from hiring managers? If I had maybe a couple of projects to show competency? Appreciate any feedback.
I had the same dilemma. I took the coursera Boulder courses. I'd say the sta section and rtl sections are worth your time. First and last courses in the series are less helpful. If you throw these in the resume as education and mention they are approved masters courses recruiters will definitely notice that in my experience. HMs will probably be less impressed. Much easier to enter the industry via fpga opportunities or via defense
Appreciate feedback!
Amd are you asic design engineer? Or in RTl? I had a question. Can I dm
