I know a person who was offered around 650k for pe role at intuit, with stock appreciation easily at 850-900k right now

Intuit is a pay for performance company, so the total comp is really dependent on the person. I would say that Glassdoor base salaries are basically correct. Other perks depend on the employee, but it is totally possible that number asa top performers once vested.
