Nordstrom Interview

Hi everyone. Looking for information on what to generally prepare for in Nordstrom interview. Role is Sr Mgr level non-tech in Seattle. Also what TC is possible here? Will be sure to post back the type of questions I got afterwards. YOE 10 TC 215 #interview

No idea about Non-Tech roles. In Tech, Sr Mgr gets ~$200K as base, 30% bonus and 15% stock - that makes it to ~$280K+ as TC on an avg.

they focus mostly on behavior and program management questions and situations. But why you want to go from Amazon to Nordstrom?
