unused perks from chase sapphire reserve or amex platinum?
Has anyone figured out how to use Chase Sapphire Reserve or Amex Platinum travel credits during covid? Did you get refund from the bank?

For Chase it’s easy, just reload your Uber credit/caltrain clipper or buy airlines gift cards, etc. For Amex it’s a lot harder but they are revamping it in May so that you can use the travel credits towards streaming and food delivery services
What kind of perks are you talking about?
Travel perks. $300/year travel credit (for chase), travel insurance, airport lounge access, etc.
