Any idea about Arrowstreet Capital total comp for senior software engineer in Boston?

Was going to but had a deadline anyway so passed on interview loop. I know that comp number well though as I was working with a headhunter specializing in Boston area. The only other thing I know is that they're essentially doing a large rewrite of core code (everything is on the table). fixing tech debt and redesigning to scale. Impression I got was that they're more on the uptight end but that could be heresay

Dunno about senior but for junior, they were willing to go up to 270-300TC territory. Hopefully scale up from that data point
That's pretty good actually. Apex developer pays better though
