I worked there and led a team of (technical) PMs .I know the bands inside out— I lost people to Google, and I myself moved to Google. All of us got pay bumps of 50+% and work half as much as we used to. The only company that pays less than Amazon is msft tbh

I used to believe in fostering open conversation, making things work, and creating a collaborative environment. In fact, I'm trained to do so. But not everyone can be a partner and deserves to be one. My organization just doesn't prioritize customer, field, or partner conversations. Their main focus is shipping subpar work on profitable platforms (Teams). What makes things even worse is their heavy reliance on nepotism and their tendency to accumulate massive technical debt without listening to anyone except those higher up in the hierarchy.
