Base - 170k RSU - 75k over 4 years Sign On - 40k Yearly bonus - 12% No Relocation Yoe - 2.5 years. MTS-3 Palo Alto I already earn very good. My TC in San Diego is 190k. Can i ask for more like 185k base. Can FAANG beat this.

Why would you leave SD for BayArea..... people move to BayArea for Money and experience.... you have both plus less traffic and diverse population

R&D NCG with 1yr. internship experience get around 126K base.. So I suppose this reasonable

They were keen on MTS 3 since they dont want to increase RSUs and said its difficult for them to justify 2.5 yoe with Sr. MTS
