Base - 170k RSU - 75k over 4 years Sign On - 40k Yearly bonus - 12% No Relocation Yoe - 2.5 years. MTS-3 Palo Alto I already earn very good. My TC in San Diego is 190k. Can i ask for more like 185k base. Can FAANG beat this.
When you say “no relo” do you mean they won’t cover relo expenses or does that mean you don’t have to relocate for the role?

Stay in SD, the COL in Bay Area is high. Your quality of life will suffer if you accept that offer

Why would you leave SD for BayArea..... people move to BayArea for Money and experience.... you have both plus less traffic and diverse population
I did the same move and couldnt be happier with my new company. The pay bump was similar in % but 190 damn.
170k is way above what a sr mts earns. Very surprising they offered you mts3 with that salary. Any reason why?
