Sr PM pay at HomeAway
I have any interview at HomeAway for a Sr. PM role in Austin. Anyone know what to expect in TC? How's the culture there? Current TC: $160k soon to be promoted as Sr. PM and may hit $180k+

What do you mean by TC ( bonus +stock+base) Yrs exp?
Yes, TC includes all three components. 5 YoE. MBA + MS
HomeAway pays like Amazon - frugally. Austin is a great place. I'd go and buy real estate there and make money that way instead of relying on company stocks.
Amazon Sr PM gets only 180k? That's surprising
Getting promoted so have to start at the bottom of pay band. Also figured this band from Blind and will know that real deal in a month.
PM can get that high? That’s surprising.
