This is an HR screen. If you don't know to pass that yet you should read up before applying.
Some HR teams do ask behavioural questions as well and hence the ask is to understand the interview process at Careem. It's okay if you do not have any relevant advice π
HR doesn't go over behavioral questions. The objective is a check list of skills and salary. No more. It is not HRs job to qualify you they are a stop gap before the HM.
It's funny how some people are willing to waste their time to write a useless unrelated advice.
