Asking for a friend. What is a good offer for PE in Arcesium? Edit: Friends current TC 70 LPA
Depends on yoe and current pay. There's no such band as such but may be a cap. But then I've left arc quite a while back and i hear pay is decent nowadays.

Culture is good Co workers are awesome But some teams are Ops heavy, doesn't matter for PE btw Pace is slow actually Tech stack is also a bit outdated
