Meta Or K2 Games

I have two offers, one from FB Meta working on oclus stuff the other fron K2 games and would be accross 10-15 games at any time. Both are TPM I roles and have pretty similar benefit packages - stocks, profit share, 401k, etc. BUT….heres the difference FB is only offering a contract to hire at $68/hr, no sign-on, no bonus. but if i get the full time role after the 12 mo it could be in the ball park of $210k, $50k sign-on, $20k stocks, 10% bonus. TC $301k K2 is offering $145k, $10k sign-on,$25k stocks, 10% bonus. TC $194.5k you know what maybe after writing that oit its a no brainer…..risk it for the biscut? #product #pm #tpm #k2 #games
