Depending on L3 or L4 and location. Probably 225K with 20% bonus and some RSUs without knowing the specifics . Do post what the offer is approx when you get it

Small team? Director has any where from 0 to 1,000+ in their org
Well, in my org an AVP would have hundreds, whereas a VP would have thousands. And director is one level lower than AVP. Other orgs may vary. I've seen field orgs that various layers of "area managers" so a director could have higher headcount. Still, 1000+ sounds high.
If I was internal still I would look up salary ranges for you. Kind of annoyed the person who reffered me into ATT didn't let me know the ranges as it's on every job posting internally.
Stay away. Company is very volatile at the moment
A few years ago, looking internally, NY/NJ (N4 band, highest CoL) director (L3) band went up to $280k in like 2016. Bonus is 25%. Bonuses are MUCH less of a % at ATT than VZ. Director bonuses look like Sr Mgr bonuses.
Need more guidance on the org as the TC fluctuates. But also, isn’t there pay transparency laws to put the $ in the job post?
