Wondering if anyone has any insight into Flatiron Health. Have a tech screen next week for a senior SWE position. Looking for any info about interview process and/or the culture there. TC: 116k YOE: 3.5 yrs #flatironhealth #swe
You can expect TC to be ~230k a year for senior....base averages ~170k. Advice is to really push negotiation even when they tell you its "hard to get there"...Total BS. ask for sign on 100%. Questions are leetcode medium and system design. I have a lot of friends across the tech org, and I can tell you, things move slow. If you want a low stress job that pays well then its good. Its becoming more corporate though compared to the more startup-y vibe ~3 years ago

I’m a designer and interviewed in a totally different org. The culture seems great, people really love it there. My interview process was lengthy and I felt jerked around but that felt specific ti the org I was interviewing with
