A friend of mine is looking at Fred Hutch
He is a new grad and is looking at an SDE1 role on their team that seems to own their website experience. Can anyone comment on the pay and culture? Biotech pays less but can they expect at least 6 figures in Seattle? My TC:220k

There are many SWE positions across FredHutch in various IT and Science teams. Pay varies a lot.. hard to say about the pay. But the culture is awesome
