Do you find these tools useful? Why or why not? Are there certain features that are better than others? Or missing features?
15five sucks
What do you dislike most about it?
I wish people focused as much on manager effectiveness as they do on engineer performance. Really wondering if I should become a manager.
These tools are no different than project management programs: 1) garbage in; garage out. 2) onboarding is everything. 3) mandated, consistent application of how to use will make or break it.
Officevibe, Leapsome, or Lattice are way better options.
What are a few of the key features or functions in these tools that you like most?

Retire by 45? Rate my NW, lifestyle creep and portfolio
I’ve found them to be just okay. If you and your manager have a good relationship I think they just get in the way. They can be a good conversation starter for people who are just getting to know each other but for a lot of people filling out silly questions every week is tedious. IMO it’s concerning when companies pull data from these to make decisions since the input is so forced. Similar to using number of commits as an indicator of productivity.
I hear you on the tediousness. It definitely felt like a chore. Do you have any thoughts on how the product or process might be improved? Perhaps a certain level of user cuatomizability of their profile, and more varied or thoughtful questions each week?
