Yes, there is a RIF going on right now. My guess is this will end up being higher than 5%, most of us are estimating between 10% and 15%.

They haven’t taken over yet, which is supposed to be finalized by EOY. Once they have full control there’s likely to be another round of layoffs IMO.

Was supposed to be a competitor of salesforce
Zendesk is a customer support ticketing system (help desk, help center, chat widgets, SMS support, phone support, AI bots, etc). We have one product that competes with Salesforce kind of, but that's not really the core business.
