Is anyone who works there willing to share how it's going? Exploring a potential PM position & doing some due diligence. #attentive #startup
I had a poor interview experience. It seemed like the interviewer wanted a very specific answer/solution, and I had to keep asking for clarifications to figure that out.
Same here... and asking for some entry lvl clarification doesn’t even make sense. “Let’s say we go with NoSQL DB here~” “WHY!!!” Seriously, almost like yelling at me. At some point I was gonna say “hey don’t talk to me like that.” At office, I wouldn’t even continue the discussion with someone with that attitude. God damnnn chill bro.... I’m interviewing a sr position. If you want me to explain the most basic stuff, that’s totally fine, but it’s a trade off between how much time we have and the more important things we should cover.
What would you say are more important things to cover?
Funniest thing is they assume I’m gonna give up my 300K tc and join them for 150K base with a bunch of paper money. Arrogance overflowing, minimal respect for candidates... cultural red flag everywhere. They don’t treat you with decency during interview, good luck having any after you join. I even felt like reverse-recruiting them during the interview... lolll
My process was ok but I did ask around and they do stack rankings, which sucks.
Someone got an offer? If not 450+ it does not even worth the time …
Anyone with any data on the company? Comp? Culture? Wlb?
Culture is horrible….
Mind explaining a bit on that?
Had the worst interview experience I’ve ever had with them. I’ve had perhaps more than 15+ on-site my whole life. They’re absolutely the worst of the worst...
