Got offer from Google for Operations Associate, Equity & Inclusion and from Doordash for Strategy & Operations Associate, Social Impact Programs. Which one is better for my career? Doordash would have both internal and external dei work, google would be purely internal. I feel that career growth would be faster in the google role but more limiting to HR adjacent work
Omg they're still hiring for this shit, also talk about overpaid as fuck on that base jfc đ¤Ś
$250k for a fucking âDEI associateâ. Weâre so cooked

LOL so much money
bait
lol good for you for using the system.
Stay away from Google
Pretty sure a DEI associate is about purpose built for Google.
Doordash sounds like a better opp due to visibility, which dei is: a publicity stunt. Also, objectively, probably a more diverse group of employees and contractors to actually support.
DoorDash if youâre looking for a real operations job. Operations is the most important role at that company, whereas DEI is a cancer that wonât be remembered fondly even if itâs at Google - so over the long term Iâd pick DD.
