Is it easy to go back to FANG after leaving?
Is it easy to go back to FANG after leaving? I’m interviewing with a small company not a unicorn but it’s just not known. I’m mostly afraid that having a small company will make it harder for me to go back if I end up not liking my work at small company. YOE: 3 TC: 219

Very difficult as interviews have gotten a lot more competitive and growth isn’t as fast for these companies

I wouldn’t come back to FANG at that point except as an EM. If you can’t find what you want at FANG by switching teams, then it’s time to leave FANG behind. Caveat: Each Fang company is VERY different. You should just say Apple
Do what’s right for you, who cares about future faang or not to faang. You tried it and wanted a change, take it.
If you are good at interviews, yes, it will be easy.
