My work is project based, so no set hours except being available for client meetings. My spouse has a 4x10 schedule but no one really cares when he works as long as he meets deadlines.
I'm willing to follow most models as long as the incentive strucutre matches it. You want me at 996 then you are going to need to pay me at 2x my current salary

They should account for work done not hours ffs. We’re not peasants
I get the sentiment but then it would have same effect as unlimited holidays policy. Better to have some structure around expected working hours.
