Best Companies for Grinding?
Looking for that unicorn where everyone is really dialed into the kool aid and ideally working 996 at a minimum (9am-9pm 6 days a week). Please vote below and comment if I have missed any gems.

Thereās a large sense of satisfaction from working the midnight oil, maximizing shareholder value š° and getting š„ in return.

You can work that much basically regardless of who your employer is
Iām trying to identify and shortlist the companies that have a culture of it though. Trying to blend into the corporate machine, not stand out.

This is called inverting. Instead of asking what companies offer reasonable WLB and work schedules, ask which companies do not and simply avoid those ones.

Nobody drinks the kool aid, we just make a big show of our kool aid because itās part of yearly performance reviews and promotion process.
